  • This place is old, outdated, overpriced with poor customer service. They do not even have bottled water. The furniture in the relaxation room looks like it has not been replaced since the 1990s. They did not change the sheets when I went for my hot stone massage and back scrub. I had 3 services and spent $700. The changing area is small and subpar. Everyone has to change in the same area. The girl who did my facial came into the room and did not wash her hands. They had a creepy old man do my hot stone, so I was afraid to get comfortable and he talked my ear off during the massage. When the skinny girl hostess at the front asked me about my experience, I told her. I told her I do not care to speak to the manager today, but I will send a comment. She yelled at me and told me I better speak to him. I told her to stop talking to me. She was lucky she was a child, because if she was an adult, I would have cussed her ass out.
