  • I had one good experience and the rest, very unsettling. They messed up the resetting of my very special engagement ring. Then they told me it could not be fixed again, and tried to sell me (twice) a very expensive new setting. Since that time, no other jeweler in three cities has said I need a new setting. It is clearly not the same since Mr. Haack passed away, not it is all about the money.
