  • This brief update maintains the same star rating now that I've had a chance to experience the Valet service. Valet may be pricier but it far and away the most stress free way to navigate the potentially stressful "getting to the airport" conundrum. Easy check-in, easy check-out, you leave your car in a lane with the keys in and you receive a text message instantly which you simply respond to when you land and presto - your car is waiting on your arrival. The Valet service earns them a 5 star in my books, however I was tempted to downgrade them further after paying for the optional detailing service which you can have done so your car is clean on your arrival. It really wasn't the best job, and I can't say I would recommend this or purchase it again in the future. My car, while cleaned well and tires polished outside, was still just as dirty inside, in fact the paper mats seemed to be put OVER the existing dirt and vacuuming was done quickly but not deep. Also, salt and dirt scuffs on doors and foot areas were still there from before, never even touched. So on second thoughts I will downgrade my overall experience to a 3/5 since, the Valet and their past customer service warrants them note-worthy, but the cleaning service and past experiences level things off overall as an A-OK.
