| - Especially during the Summer, I longingly miss the West Side Market. I have memories since my childhood of Saturday trips to the market. It's always an adventure.
The WSM is over 100 years old, and still hustling and bustling. My favorites include getting taste samples at the stalls in the outdoor fruit and veggie stands, pizza bagels, Ohio City Pasta, the fresh fruit juice stand, all the ethnic stands, beef jerky, homemade pierogies, and the bratwurst stand. Mmm... bratwurst with stadium mustard and sauerkraut on a hard roll. YUM!
It was always nice to stroll through the market, get fresh goodies, and see who you might run into while shopping. Cleveland is such a small town, it's inevitable to see someone you know.
MMMmmm... makes me miss home.
