  • Went for & interview the store manager had me stand in the front of the store for 30 min before coming to interview me. She asked me tons of questions I answer them accordingly. She ask me how did I hear about the grease market I told her that my church get's donated food from fresh market also other places. She was very rude & said that's not what we give away food for we give it to the homeless shelters. I explain to her that by giving the good to whom ever they do they shelter had many of resources that donate to them, the food has an expiration date so the wanna make sure the food don't go to waste so maybe that's why they give it to churches. I explained to her my church help the homeless . I let her know here are homeless people on the street of Charlotte children, mothers, fathers, veteran, etc... the shelter has a capacity that they reach meaning that leaves family's on the street. So churches are the places that help these people we give them a word we give love we give them a hot mean a box of food diapers clothes what ever we may have we give it all away for free. We don't get paid to help the homeless we do out of the kindness of our heart. I say all this to say I would rather be jobless working for free for the homeless then to work for some place that is rude & wouldn't wanna give churches food who help people from every walk of life. She did also let me know that loves & fishes are busy during the holidays & cant pick up from them so she gives the food to some random man she know & he give out food what the difference. I could never & will never work for the company if she is the face of it.
