  • I received a gift certificate valued at $2500 and booking a date was a hassle. I understand you have to book 3 months in advance and I'm ok with that. After calling and waiting to be re-directed to the "right person" 4 times, I was sent to a voice mail where I left a message and expected a call back. No return call. This went on for weeks. The gift certificate has an expiration date and i wasn't able to get a hold of "the right person" through the phone. What a waste of a gift.
