I lived at Resort at Coronado Ranch from 2014-2015. I had a lovely experience there. I had to move out due to work reasons. This review is based off a recent experience.
It seems like management has gone down hill since I lived there. I went to visit a couple weeks ago and I met with the property manager Jimmy and explained how I would like to review the current lease term since we want to make sure the language is favorable for both sides. He kept telling me no and I gave up and left the property. When I called a couple days later to once again ask to see the lease, he refused and then said you can come by and we can look at it together and I was very confused because a couple days prior he refused to show it to me in person. He then blatantly lied and said i never asked to see the lease. The whole purpose of me revisiting my old complex was to see the lease and see any improvements that were made since then. I asked to speak to the district managers office and he referred me to Genie. I called Genie on 4/20 in the morning and she said she would call me back in an hour. She didn't. I called again a couple hours later and she said she needed another hour. She didn't call me back. I tried again at 4:30 pm and no response. I still haven't heard from her again.
Conam properties should be ashamed of themselves because they had left me a positive impression when I left in 2015 but now I feel extremely negative about their properties and I used to refer people, but now I will be asking people to not even consider looking at any of their properties.
