  • I have been a resident here three years. New ownership took over this past January 2017. The maintenance department did an excellant job repairing some plumbing issues. Tamlin, in particular, works efficiently and has a friendly and courteous manner. He showed he cared about my concerns. He seems to want to make the customer happy. I recently renewed my lease the third time.
