  • I was tenant in these beautiful, well kept apartments for one year. When the management team BLOOM took over I was amazed they did so many improvements in a short time. I want to compliment BOBBIE the manager for being so nice, she truly is a nice person. You would think that she would not care about the tenants but she gets involved, has personal interest in your well being and really cares about you and your family. I want to thank KELSI in the leasing department for being equally nice. If you want a great deal then move into Bloom apartments, you will love all the amenities, the fast response time if anything needs repair and their pricing. Again thank you Bloom apartments for having personnel like Bobbie and Kelsi. Steve R
