| - If I could give minus 100 stars, I would. Very unprofessional, steals your money, no accountability, uneducated. Shay charged me for 200 lashes and gave me 40. She gave me a facial, lasted 15 minutes, but you can get a microbiologist with a Ph.D. to clean your face for the same price! The lashes on the left eye ALL fell out in 72 hours. Shay did not apologize nor offer to fix, and left me hanging. Her exact words were, "Oh, that is annoying that they all fell out." Turns out, she chose lashes that were far too thin and the gymicky serum and lash protector she sold me glued the eyelashes together and they all fell out. I gave her $545 that day for 1.5 hours of work. She is lazy, does not work for her money, won't even throw in a 50 cent eyelash brush. I had to get Adrienne at XOXO lashes to fix Shay's work, three weeks later, my XOXO lashes are beautiful and full and healthy!! Not itchy and irritated like Shay, because she sells you this garbage serum that clogs the eye and her lashes can't even take the pressure of the serum she sells. Go to XOXO lashes if you want your eyes done by an optician and for a fraction of the cost. XOXO lashes is located in Bridgeland, not a million miles away, Adrienne is accountable and tells you if you lose any lashes to call her asap and she will fix -- her work is absolutely amazing and you will feel the difference in lightness, fullness and eye health. Adrienne HATES serum and eyelash protector, clogs your eyes she says and causes infection AND she gives everyone an eyelash brush with their new investment! XOXO lashes also has over 100 5-star reviews, so that alone speaks volumes. Get your facial done somewhere else because Shay should be charging much less for the 15 minutes of work she does with, obviously, results that are less appealing then with someone who actually works for their money. To show you how cheap Shay herself is in terms of work and quality, not only will she charge you an extra 5% to use a credit card, she will throw in a Korean facial mask that is SERIOUSLY, $1 per mask on amazon!! Now I know why she charges 5% to use a credit card -- you have no way of protecting yourself if you pay cash! In addition, how good is a dollar store facial mask for your $200 15-minute facial!?? Shay is the most disappointing, greedy businessperson I have ever encountered. I feel totally robbed and disgusted. I never write reviews, but I felt morally obligated to inform the general public of this nuisance esthetician. If I had the time, I would go to the BBB and/or small claims court to get my money back. I may do so in the near future. Regardless, DO NOT PAY CASH as I did, so you have the support of your credit card company! Give your hard-earned dollars to someone who actually deserves it!! Go to XOXO lashes by Adrienne to get it done right the first time! I promise, you will notice the difference and you will be so amazed at her full volume Russian lashes, oh my word, people stop me on the street to ask where I got them done!! Be beautiful ladies, you're worth it!! Cheers!
