Both experiences departing from Lax to Las and Las to Lax I felt your staff is very rude. From tsa check in to your people at the counter. When I was at Lax, your staff was helping a customer and the other one just watched and smiled and laugh versus assisting the next person in line. I saw someone at a counter so I got out of line hoping he could help and all he did was direct me back to the line. The Flores got back when going on the plane. I had a wallet like purse in my hand and a small purse that I was carrying on my shoulder and my carry on. She literally stopped me to stuff the wallet in my purse because I can only have 2 personal items. Seriously you need to retrain your employees. They could use some common sense and humility.
