I am always drawn to IKEA but I never really like it that much. I've been to this one twice before but never on a weekend. It is really crowded. My biggest complaint is the carts that move front and sideways. It makes for a very stressful and uncomfortable shopping experience as I had to keep struggling with the cart not to hit into people. These carts are not friendly for those with disabilities or physical issues. I also find the food in the food court to be really bad. The shrimp and egg sandwich and Swedish meatballs as well as Daim torte are all pretty bad. Of course, the quality of IKEA isn't very good, and you have to know what you're getting. I like the housewares, some of the kitchen stuff and home goods. I also like the food section in the front of the store, but I do not understand why you have to pay for that stuff separately from the regular store. Again, it makes the shopping experience stressful and difficult if you have a cartload of stuff you have to leave in order to go look at the food section. I would say the store needs to work on making itself more user friendly for the elderly and people with disabilities. I do like the items they sell that are more "folksy" and the food from Scandinavia in the front of the store. Other than that, I'm not too impressed.
