  • I've been a customer for a while now and while the customer service wasn't great the dry cleaning and laundry was decent enough. Last time I dropped off brand new shirts still packaged to have laundered, came to pick them up a few days later and there were holes in a few, one of them burned. The manager then tried to blame me for them saying they were brought in like that even though they weren't. They refuse to reimburse me for what they destroyed.
