  • RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. Unbelievable! They filled my tank and placed a regulator. We then smelled propane gas along the front of the house. We called at 7PM to the answering service and Doug began an abusive tirade that it was my responsibility to learn how to turn off the propane tank. He noted he couldn't have anyone there for 3-4 hours. Eventually I did turn off the tank and the smell went away. He said he would come out personally. He did not come, but sent some employees. They said there was no leak and blamed it on the sewer. Of note, I believe they tightened the regulator and fixed the leak since the smell of propane has not returned. He then wanted to charge me for this presumed tightening of their regulator install to fix their gas leak! Furthermore, when I called back to pay, a RUDE lady answered the phone and could not tell me how much I owed for this "service". Therefore I would have to wait and speak with DOUG again!
