  • Ok, so, I didn't even use this company and I would refer them 100 times over. I have been calling around because a dual pane window had gotten broken and all other competitors were quoting prices to replace the whole window. Not one of them said that just the single piece of glass can be replaced in a dual pane. Until I called this company and spoke to Kyle. He said the whole window didn't have to be replaced, just call a glass company and they will replace the glass alone. I called them and literally was half the cost. I am so pleased to find an honest company these days that aren't trying to make the money and not care about the customer at all. Thank You Kyle and K&J Windows
