  • I brought a jacket in with a broken zipper pull. They were very helpful. I wanted to keep the jacket authentic, so they suggested contacting the manufacturer about getting a replacement. I was able to get the zipper pull and they replaced it without any issues. I dropped it off on a Thursday afternoon, and picked it up Monday morning. Jacket looks great, you'd never know. Thank you Margarita, you do excellent work.
