  • This place is an absolute nightmare. There are homeless people everywhere, students partying until 3-4 AM 7 nights a week, and the staff is an absolute joke!!! The apartments themselves are decent on the inside, but I would never advise anyone to sign a lease. There are so many better, safer places to stay it makes zero sense to consider Sotelo.
