  • Dennis was not able to help us with our dog. We signed a contract and paid in full for nine sessions, in full confidence that he would be able to help us even though his contract states that sessions are nonrefundable, and results are not guaranteed. He is a nice guy, howevere when it came to working with our dog he was not able to deliver results and after our second session and facing either getting some results immediately or having to get rid of the dog due to biting and nipping we went to a more experienced trainer who in one session was able to correct the biting and nipping behavior and guarantees their training.
