Coming from Oregon I think my expectations were WAY too high. The parking lot is microscopic and has maybe 10 spots to park in. When you go inside your not greeted in a friendly manner. Instead your eyed like your a criminal by a fat "security" guard who rudely asks for your ID. Then you wait in the lobby (which is the only nice thing about this place). The lobby has a menu that goes over their pricing and different strands they have.
Once you walk up to the counter you are asked for your ID (again) for them to enter your info. Here's the thing though. In oregon they don't take down ANY and I mean ANY of your info unless you actually make a purchase. Why do you need my ID number and info if I'm not even sure if I want to buy anything?
When we walked in we immediately smelled dog poo. Like someone had stepped in it and tracked it in. Which if that was the case they needed to clean it up and have a more inviting smell. Anywhoo to the left is medical weed and to the right is recreational. I'm damn near blind so I walked up to the glass enclosure and looked inside. The security guard BOLTED in and told me and my friends that we needed to "back up until we were offered help" I said dude we are just looking in the case and he insisted we couldn't look and needed to back up. Are you kidding me? But alright dude I'll back up and wait in line and not look at any product.. (sounds good)
The employees are snooty as hell and act like they are weed Gods. Once we were offered help the woman asked for our IDS AGAIN!!!! Now I'm super pissed and call her on her BS.. Why do I get ID checked 3 damn times to see your weak selection?!! She with an attitude states it's because "people sneak their friends in" GIRL BYE! You have a security guard who has to let you a locked door and at the front you have to check in or you cannot come in. No one is "sneaking in" I'm 27 with 50% of my body tattooed I don't look 21 and I'm not dumb. We were the only group of black patrons so y'all probably wanted to "make sure" we were 21 right?
I asked her if she has any gummies in hybrid and she rolls her eyes and says no all they have is stativa.. At that moment I was ready to go. My boy bought a $27 cookie and we were on our way out.
Bottom line. Prices are super high. Selection is low. Staff are rude and bougie. Word of advice to the owner. Go to Portland oregon and see how real hospitality works within dispensaries. Y'all are a mess. I'll pass and anytime I have friends in town I'll make sure NOT to take them here.
