I am soooo disappointed in Spondooly Seats. You see, I have purchased a Groupon for a 4-ticket annual membership twice. BOTH times I was given a bad code to redeem. I followed all instructions and redeemed before the Groupon expired. The Spondooly website ONLY allows for email communication.....they do not offer a telephone number to talk to someone that can help you immediately. Therefore, I did email them twice for HELP to assist in getting my membership started. I RECEIVED NO REPLY AT ALL FROM SPONDOOLY....FOR EITHER INSTANCE. Therefore, I called Groupon and they reached out to Spondooly....no reply either. I called Groupon twice as my situation was elevated to another department to solve the matter. Groupon reached Spondooly and emailed me that Spondooly would call me within 72 hours. NO CALL. This is ridiculous for a company to not assist customers that pay money to sign up for their show ticket services. I guess they don't need the new business and would rather have customers write poor reviews about their company. ZERO STARS!! I WAS FORCED TO GIVE ONE BY YELP AS YOU CANNOT POST W/O PICKING A STAR. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SPONDOOLY SEATS. SHAME ON YOU SPONDOOLY!
