  • I needed my palm trees trimmed and e-mailed this company for pricing. They sent an email immediately saying they would trim my palm trees and never responsed to the reply email. I called them and set up an appointment. They agreed on a date, but not a time. I called on the scheduled date my palms would be trimmed and was told they would be at my house later that evening. I waited at home all day on one of my only days off to no avail. They never showed up and never returned my calls. Poor way to run a business. I needed more than my palm trees trimmed and was going to "redo" my whole backyard with landscaping from this company but will be taking my business elsewhere. This business gets ZERO stars from me.
