  • I don't have high expectations for a service dept, but you managed to deliver an even worse experience than expected. I stopped in to get an "express" oil change on my new Jeep. I am told that the wait for an "express" oil change is 2.5 hrs. Ok, fine- no biggie... I'll just get a loaner car and leave my Jeep there all afternoon. Nope! No loaners available for oil changes or recalls(which I also had to get taken care of). Ok, no worries.. I'll just make an appointment and come back another day this week. Nope!! I am informed that I cannot make an appointment for an oil change or software recall. So- I am just supposed to hope and pray that the next time I come in that there isn't 2.5 hr wait for a "express" oil change? Good job Jeep, you managed to deliver a worse experience than the NC DMV. Congrats.
