  • I have been to this location many times, but the service today was amazing. They had run out of almond milk - a substitute I require due to a severe lactose intolerance - and would have been unable to construct my almond milk steamer. The gentleman helping us, who I believe was the manager, realized my disappointment (despite my not making a fuss) and said he'd find a way. He had someone go to the neighbouring grocery store and pick one up! Although this seems like something most establishments would do should they run out of a staple ingredient, they usually don't. I was so impressed and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for making my day. This type of customer service is rare and deserves to be acknowledged. All the best!
