rev:text	This establishment needs to be renovated, by fire. The rooms are disgusting. The floors are so dirty. I went at 10 am and clearly the garbage hadn't been taken out in the Versa spa room since the night before. You get a dirty towel to stand on and about 6 inches to turn around after you slide the closet door closed. No paper towels to wipe your hands off on. No goggles. It feels like a dirty massage parlor. The worst part was MARIA, the "customer service" attendant who was SO RUDE! She never started the booth, so I stood there naked in the dirty room waiting. Finally I called to see if she could start it for me. It went to a corporate number. I got dressed, just wanting to leave and get my money back, and to go take a shower to wash of the filth of this establishment. I told her about my experience and just kindly asked for my money back. She called me Honey, completely condescending, and said I could just leave. I asked her to just transfer my credit to a cleaner establishment and she was so rude!!!! I'm in customer service! All she has to do is push the "on" button. I told her about all of the problems and her response was that she didn't close last night....I asked her for a manager and she told me no! I asked her if she liked her job and she said she had only worked there for 4 months and she already has another job. Hopefully it's not customer service, or housekeeping! Bodyheat tanning, I'm so disappointed. I've been a customer of Palm Beach Tan for 5 years....consistently. I'll be returning there. Ps. Fire Maria, if that's her real name. She is a nasty face for your business. Shame on her.
