Service with Tom Miller. I switched to Tom as my 'Service Guy' about 4 years ago after a little incident (read below) and Tom was an awesome guy. To this day, he still knows me by name and is very friendly. If you need service, request this man. You won't regret it.
The bad
--
About 6 months after I bought my new Lexus, I had it in the shop for some weird noises. During their test drive, they crashed my car. The whole process of repairing the car, etc was far from enjoyable. The service manager was nothing but rude, thankfully he's no longer in that position. He's now a service consultant. I understand it was an accident, however the way they went about it and the process of repairing could have been improved. I've gotten over that fact, due to my amazing service consultant, Tom Miller, without him I would be going elsewhere.
They also went to non-lexus cars for rental cars which was a huge mistake. I'm sure a ford pinto is a great car, however when you're used to driving a lexus every day, it's near impossible to drive anything else. Last I heard, they were planning on fixing that 'problem' and going back to the lexus-only fleet but I haven't noticed any changes yet.
