  • First of all, FBI makes AMAZING pizza. Thin crust, perfect toppings (no matter what it is, it's good!) and the dipping sauces are from another planet. However, I have to say, the delivery is super frustrating. I have never heard of something so ludicrous as a 2 hour wait time!! My husband ordered a pizza, and was told that it would take 1h30 - came at 2h10, when we were starving and ready to cancel the order. I would recommend that the company limit the delivery radius or just stop offering delivery altogether (or sign up to one of those Just Eat or Uber Eats platforms) to avoid disappointing customers. One more thing; pizza is SUPER expensive... however, somehow after you bite into a slice you seem to forget all of those frustrations....
