This thing is operated by young adults that are very unprofessional and ill prepared for the responsibility of managing a deadly rise such as a roller coaster.
These guys did not properly understand the limitations of the machinery and how to explain protocol for riding to riders. I got off the ride and there was one person a few years younger complaining about the same thing, about pain from the beck brace which I don't think was properly set, mine was about 6+in above my shoulders and I asked the agent to bring it down and she said no.
My neck still hurts.
It's a great coaster rattles just fine and has great dips and two upside down section.
But I won't return until service is better and the risk management office gets back to me to explain this continuous pain.
