  • I would go through a lengthy explanation of EVERYTHING that is wrong with terminix service, which is atrocious! But allow me to cut to the chase here. After having nothing but problems with terminix since they bought out the company that I used for about a year, today a new guy shows up and as soon as he rings the doorbell he then starts looking through my windows. There is NEVER a reason for a complete stranger to start looking through someone's Windows. If I don't answer my door then leave a card, just walk away but to start peeping through windows is inexcusable! There are plenty of times that my wife is home alone and she should not have to worry about strange men peeping through the windows of her home. When I call Terminix to report what happened, to say that they didn't seem like they cared would be an understatement. I am insulted by how I was dismissed by the company and thoroughly offended by the stranger peeping in my windows.
