While mildly gimmicky, it is a cool way to see the sights and lights of Vegas. Definitely go at night, there's just more to see then.
The staff was friendly and they have lots of options for tickets (check their site, Groupon, and LivingSocial before dropping any cash on this so you get the best deal), plus some pods have bars on them (of course they do). Of course they try and sucker you in with the pictures, but you can politely decline before entering the High Roller if you'd like.
My only issue is that there isn't much to see on the side opposite The Strip. Perhaps one day it will be more built up, but for now it's pretty much just parking lots.
