  • Tried to return some unopened, unused trailer lights but did not have the receipt. I was quickly denied a return, even for store credit. Instead of losing nothing (I would have spent the returned money at the store right then), they have lost a customer permanently. If this is the policy, it is a terrible policy and terrible customer service. I'll be going elsewhere for all future needs.
