rev:text	Went with a Living Social deal at 1pm during the week. Cost was $31 ($8 extra cause my hair is long. They told me about additional cost before we began). Called to book an appointment for wash, cut, color and blow out. I asked for a student with lots of experience with color. I didn't ask for a big change. I had a few inches cut off and layers trimmed up. Basically I told Dutchess that I want to look sexy as if I was going to walk a red carpet. I let HER pick the overall shape of the cut that would flatter my face and let HER pick a color that would work well with my skin tone. Why did I do this? Because she's a student and they learn about this stuff and it was fresh in her mind. I'm no hair expert so why not leave it in their hands? Everything went well. No problems. My hair looks AMAZING. Because they are students, we spend a bit of time with the consult and the process was slower. An instructor checked her work after. Keep that in mind because I was there for 4 hours (not a big deal). The salon is cool, kind of industrial. Music was good (probably louder if I sat more near a speaker). I liked the separate room for washing hair. I was told of all the products he was going to use but she didn't push me to purchase them. I'll go back!
