  • I went to the diamond company at scarborough town centre to have the prongs on my ring fixed and was told the repair would take 1-2 weeks. They never called me, I happened to call them and they told me "oh yeah, I guess it's here for pickup" so I went to the store to see that that my diamond was missing and they had put in a blue sapphire. I asked if they knew where my diamond was and the sales associate told she couldn't tell me anything and I'd have to wait until the next day. No one called me so I have to continue calling them to get some answers and never once did I get an apology or any explanation as to where my diamond was or how long it would take to get my ring back. I finally got my ring back after A MONTH and the associates at this location never appeared concerned or invested in resolving this issue. I'm still not convinced this is my original diamond and I would never use their services again.
