  • The Gilbert House is our new neighborhood breakfast place - it was excellent! Short wait on a Saturday around 10am and the staff was really friendly. We had the green chili omelette with chorizo and the full stack of buttermilk pancakes. I don't know what they put in the pancakes here... They were AMAZING! The omelette was great too. The chorizo was nice and spicy and the sour cream on top was great. Great service and even better food in a really cute location. Definitely coming back!
