  • Relentless emails to have me come see the van I was interested in, nonstop phone calls to get me to make an appointment and then, ultimately, they used the old bait and switch tactic on me when I finally made my way up to the dealership. And to make this an even more horrid story, the car I am shopping for is to be used for a nonprofit organization. Thank you, Coulter Nissan, for wasting my time. I will spread the word of this horrid experience as aggressively as you tried to pursue my business. Stay away from this place at all costs!
