Update to my prior review: I spoke with the coordinator Sarah from the salon after she called to discuss the situation and she was very kind and reassuring. She advised that she was aware of the incident and that she was meeting with the stylist and staff about handling clients with different backgrounds. She was very straightforward and said she would respond to the Yelp review after we talked. I told her I would update her conversation. She didn't offer any type of bribe or compensation for my review update (as other businesses have tried to do with my reviews). I am updating because I was satisfied with the product and she had advised of direct actions the business was taking to improve overall customer experience that I would feel comfortable using the business again if I ever needed hair or make up in Vegas.
