  • I really enjoyed coming here. Helen provided such excellent service. She was attentive and explained everything she was doing. I have really bad issues with hangnails, to find someone who was able to remove them pain free is great!! Helen gave me such a nice relaxing pedicure. I let her know I don't usually get the works because my feet are sensitive and she was sure to be careful with me even though I only purchased the basic package. I've been looking for a salon for almost 5 years! This is is my new go to place. While I was there a gal came in with a few nails that had fallen off, she was a little upset (understandably) but the staff was very apologetic and even offered her to redo the entire set! She was very happy and settled once they were working on her. She was smiling and laughing with her tech. I was able to see how they handle conflict and they did very well. They used sanitized tools on my pedicure and a brand new out of the package buffer. If you go to Herbal Nails I would suggest asking for Helen for your pedi, she is absolutely wonderful!!! I don't typically purchase manicures or full sets as I can never get them short enough but I think I will actually give them a shot the next time I go, they are very attentive and not pushy. Thanks to Helen again for such a wonderful experience!
