  • I took my dog there for a cut and I would not recommend this place. The cut looks fine but the customer service was horrible. We took her in at 8:30 and she was the only one there at the time. She was ready at 11 but they failed to call me and tell me. I called at 1 to see if she was finally ready and their response was she was ready at 11. I asked if they tried to call and they said yes but I never received a call. When I went to pick her up they reiterated that they called and I asked what number that called and they repeated my number but proceeded to call me by the wrong name. I told them that wasn't my name and they said that was the name on your voicemail. They called the wrong number and didn't even try to call me a second time. When I took my dog outside she was panting because they did not give her water and she jumped out of my arms to go to the bathroom because they did not take her out or let her go to the bathroom. My dog was scared when they gave her to me. I will never go back.
