  • Went in to change my oil and check my brakes 4 hours later I walked out with an oil change. Asked the service manager to change my oil and check my brakes. Al priced out the brakes in the suburban - for the front only with new rotors at $620. He also had a laundry list of things to do or so he says. I called Parks Chevrolet for a quote. They quoted me $300 all in. I told Al and he said I can do it for $401..... I scratch my head, you just quoted me $620 and now $401......ummmmm. Needless to say I went to Parks and got my brakes done - both front and back since I got such a good deal. To compound things even worse when I checked out I asked for synethic oil and AL (Service Manager) didn't write it on the work list and they put 5-30, so I had to wait ever longer to get that changed. Overall a complete disaster experience. Like to see how Ben Myatt will handle this crappy experience?????????
