  • This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We repeated our order THREE TIMES to the cashier thru the intercom. My drink came back completely wrong...even the temperature. When asking for a refund (to compensate the *uckup) she just refunded me without making me the correct drink! Complete idiots. They weren't even busy! The franchise owner needs to clean house immediately.
