  • Just got back from the office after complaining about tree branches hanging below my waste blocking the sidewalk. The managers response was why didn't I tell them earlier! I asked why didn't you or your people notice it? Her answer, "in a perfect world". We pay $1000 per month we shouldn't have to tell them their job! It's not just that, the whole complex looks bad. Trash on the ground isn't being picked up regularly, there's trash from last week still on the ground. Last Wednesday there was trash right where the manager parked that wasn't picked up till friday. On a positive note the apartments are large and maintence responses quickly.
