| - Had a great purchase experience three months ago. Adam, our sales associate, was wonderful. Nick, our finance manager, was first class. Beautiful dealership. We left completely satisfied. Everyone knows Porsches are very expensive to work on but we felt confident that this vehicle was up to date mechanically based on what we were told. Now 2,000 miles later my 2008 Cayenne (which we were told was gone over thoroughly by the service department at Chandler,) now faces $4,000 in repairs. Russ, the service director, was nonchalant in his reply to my concern: "The car WAS check out but we can't foresee future issues, sorry you're having these problems," was basically his reply. If this problem was 12-18-24 months after purchase I would agree totally. But three months and 2,000 miles later? So much for customer service and trying to rectify a serious issue. You will get a great experience when buying, but unless the vehicle is new or you have a warranty, forget about buying a car here. Please learn from my experience.
