Horrible company! My child was send home from the hospital and required a nebulizer and pulse ox for continued treatment of this pneumonia and RSV. I called the company on the way home from the hospital to ensure everything was set for the delivery because it was getting close to 5pm (closing time) and they stated yes. When they arrived they only had the nebulizer and argued with me about the pulse ox and stated they didn't have it. I called the company myself with the delivery driver in front of me and they were immediately defensive and argumentative with me about what the order that was written was and never apologized and or owned their mistake. They did however have their RT Rebecca show up to my home at almost 8pm with the required missing equipment (she alone was wonderful), but they charged my insurence wrong (double) and never called the next day to apologize or fix their wrong doing. Today I returned the pulse ox and asked to speak to a manager who directly after meeting me (literally after the greeting) again was already defensive and never face to face apologized about the entire incident and or offered an explanation of how or why her company made the mistake in the first place, or what they were going to do in the future to ensure this mistake wouldn't happen again to any other customers. She didn't even know what I was meeting her for in the first place which was to give her some feed back about my experience! Bottom line...they could care less about their customers! Don't use this company for any of your medical supplies and or needs. If they treat their customers with the same arrogance and inconsideration as they did me (and the other reviews here reflect the same read them) then you know what matters most to them and it's profit; and while they're obviously running a business their business is in health care and taking care of people and when that becomes the priority, then the rest will always follow.
