| - Cambria was so bad I didn't even get a chance to stay. My fiance and I were looking into local Avon hotels for everyone to stay at for our wedding. When I had talked to Katie, she was very polite and helpful. She had told us our rate and that a shuttle service was available. Unfortunately Katie had went on vacation so I was left to deal with Alyssa, another event planner. We had agreed on a set number of rooms and rate and that I would come to the hotel to sign the contract. When I get to the hotel the next day to sign the contract, everyone standing at the front desk (5 people, including Millie, who pretended I wasn't even there for some reason, she wouldn't even look at me) had no clue what I was talking about. I said Alyssa had told me she left the contract at the front desk to sign. After about 10 minutes of fake looking for it, I was told I should just have it emailed and printed, it would be much easier. So later on, Alyssa calls me and says sorry she left it in her mail slot and nobody thought to look there. I told her no worries my fiance would print out the contract and I would drop it off on my next day off. On my next day off I go to drop off the contract but before signing I noticed the shuttle wasn't anywhere in the contract. I asked Alyssa about this and she said that unfortunately the shuttle has just been nothing but a hassle for them so they are discontinuing it. So not only did they lie to me about having a shuttle, but they also tried sliding it past me. Boy am I glad I caught that or Id be stranded on my wedding night too. Hey Cambria, If you can't even handle a simple shuttle, how can you manage a whole hotel. Quit lying and being snakes.
