It's an excellent dive bar in that the alcohol is cheap, the limited snacks come in big bags (3 oz cheese curls are $0.75) and the tiny ladies room has never been out of toilet paper (though one of the two stalls currently lacks a lock). There's a performance space off to one side, so there's a 9:00 open mic comedy show every Monday night that starts between 9:30 and 10:00, so you've time to get a $2 Black Label and/or a cheeseburger from the McDonald's two blocks away. They also offer live music some Saturdays, but I've never been to one of those shows, so I can't rate them.
