  • I would recommend Extergeo for anyone with a unique problem or a valuable piece of furniture which needs careful attention and not a quick in-and-out job. I needed to get a nasty pet accident out of an antique settee of my grandmother's. Before touching anything or getting out any equipment, Michael first took a few minutes to figure out what type of fabric I had. I did not know this, but one does not simply run a big stain extractor machine over any stain on any fabric. They deduced that I had a natural fabric and opted to not use the machine. Instead they carefully dabbed and checked the rag over and over to ensure there was no color bleeding onto his towel. In the end the stain was gone and all that remained was a small area of discoloration due to the pet stain's inevitable bleaching of my untreated fabric. On top of just getting the stain out, Michael was very kind, explained everything to me so I could understand and just felt like he cared about getting my job done well. He also served our country. I'll absolutely call Extergeo next time I need a nasty stain out.
