  • My experience coming here was absolutely horrible. The staff member who did my nails was rude, unprofessional, and does not speak a word of English. She did not understand what I kindly tried to ask for, even when I tried to explain what I'd like to have using pictures on my phone. With each picture that I showed she kept rejecting. While sanding my nails, my fingers started to bleed; I asked to please give me an alcohol pad, and she refused to provide, consistently shouting something at a language I couldn't understand. Language barriers aside, the overall manicure was horrible. My nails were uneven, poorly sanded, all bubbly, and overall looked horrendous. I can do a better job myself. I do not (and will not) ever recommend this place AT ALL, don't bother spending your hard-earned money here. Never coming here again.
