  • I really want to like Bad Owl, but spending 20+ mins in a drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me is unacceptable. By the time I got my coffee it was lukewarm. Management needs to figure something out. Why not have large orders pull up and park in a designated space to keep things moving. The coffee and food are great, but maybe skip the drive thru until they figure things out.
