| - I moved to the area over a year ago from San Diego, where I've purchased furniture from Living Spaces before without any issues. But my experience at this one has been inexcusable. I ordered a TV console over a month ago and it still has not been shipped to my house. Granted, they told me it wasn't in stock at the time and it should take a week or two to arrive. However that time lapsed over 3 weeks ago. When I came in to ask for the whereabouts of the TV console that I paid over 600 dollars for, they told me that their factory had a fire and it was going to be another week before we received it. That time expired two weeks ago. After making a phone call today in search of answers, I was redirected to the store where my call was hung up on THREE FUCKING TIMES while I was on hold. And, by the the way, there is no direct line to reach the Summerlin store, so you call the 800 number, wait 20 minutes for someone to answer then transfer you to the store, but you get hung up on. Once I reached a real person at the store, they found that the console is now in stock and can now be delivered, which is great news but why the fuck didn't anyone call us the minute it became in stock for a delivery? Why did I have to waste two hours of my life to get their employees to do their fucking jobs!
Bottom line is, this is complete incompetence and lack of urgency to close out an order. I will never shop at living spaces for as long as I live.
