Wells Fargo, Tempe, has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called a week ago to order foreign currency. After not receiving notification, I called and spoke with 'Alex' who said it was in and led me to believe I had until 6:00pm to pick up the funds. After waiting in line, the woman at the counter was very condescending, acting as if it were somehow my fault for not knowing the person handling foreign exchange left at 5:00 and would not return until Tuesday. I leave for my trip next week, but will not go back. They have wasted enough of my time.
BTW, if they mention a home equity line of credit, be aware, with the new tax law, the interest you pay is no longer tax deductible.
