  • I am happy to report that I had a completely different experience at this SimonMed location than other reviewers. The Office Staff was warm and friendly (even though I was several minutes late past my check-in time. Whoops). Setup my payment plan and had me fill out two forms. I barely sat for 5 or 10 minutes before they called me to go back. The technician who was running my CT (sorry I can't remember your name!) couldn't have been more kind, and was totally understanding of my fear of needles. She talked me through the whole thing, cracked a few jokes, and was very reassuring. She even made sure to let my boyfriend pop in briefly before the test started for moral support. 5 or so minutes later, I was done and on my way. Bonus, this location is open for select tests on Saturdays. Hopefully, I don't need another scan soon, but if I do, I'd happily choose this location. Thank you! PS: I did overhear that there is another SimonMed location in the same complex, and got the impression they only handled X-Rays? Don't know for sure, but that could be confusing to new people.
